How it all began… Reggie and Sharlene Fouser opened their full-service party store, Confettis, in scenic Flagstaff, Arizona, in November 1999. To better service their Northern Arizona customers, the Fousers launched into cyberspace in 2006 with www.Partysupplies4less.com.

Piñatas, a popular item in the store, quickly became the websites’ top selling product, and piñatas were soon being shipped all over the United States. Over the years the Fousers became frustrated by not being able to supply piñatas for every design requested.
