What is a drum pull-string piñata?
Pinatas come in all shapes and sizes, but there are only two types of piñatas… shaped piñatas or drum piñatas which are round piñatas. Drum piñatas have a flat front and back which allows us to personalize your piñata for any occasion. Pull string piñatas have decorative strings with one string attached to a trap door. Pull-string piñatas provide the flexibility to play the traditional or string pinata games.
Can personalized piñatas be hit with a bat?
Personalized piñatas can be hit with a piñata buster, bat or stick just like shaped pinatas, but most customers prefer to keep the piñata after the event and choose to play the pull-string piñata game where strings are pulled until the trap door is opened when the correct string is pulled.
Can personalized piñatas be used indoors?
Your personalized piñatas is perfect for indoor use, because there is no need to hit it with a piñata buster, bat or stick to fully enjoy the piñata. One string on your pull string piñata is attached to a trap door, and there are several piñata games that are perfect to play indoors. Click on “piñata games” on the home page to learn more.
How do I expand and fill the piñata?

How much candy will a pinata hold?
Our piñatas will typically hold two pounds of candy or toys or a combination of both. The rule of thumb is to plan a handful of goodies for each participant. We also suggest having some of the goodies set aside to throw to the small children who may be a little shy in grabbing for the candy.
Can the piñata be reused?
Whether you use the piñata as a pull piñata or a traditional piñata, there are created for a one-time use. However, if you use your personalized piñata as a pull piñata, it will make a great keepsake well after the party or event.
Can pull piñatas be used the same as a regular piñata?
Absolutely! Your personalized piñatas give you the flexibility to play a variety of piñata games, and even save your piñata as a keepsake. Click on “Piñata games” to the left for suggestions on how to play.
Can multiple names be put on a personalized piñata?
Our goal is to help you find the perfect piñata for any occasion. Each design has some flexibility to add an additional name or message. One thing to consider is in most cases when you add additional text, all the text will have to be reduced in size. Can I change a piñata design?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your personalized piñata and we’ll do our very best to make adjustments to our piñata designs. Depending on the changes you need made, there maybe an additional charge. Can I add a photo to a piñata design?
We can add photos to most personalized piñata designs. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-888-877-0952 for a cost estimate, or contact us at info@personalizedpinatas.com.
What if I didn’t see the piñata design I need? Can you help?

Do you do custom orders?
Our art department can create a custom piñata for just about every occasion. Please call a customer service representative at 1-877-774-0952 to discuss you needs, and get a cost estimate for your project, or contact us at info@personalizedpinatas.com.
Do you wholesale piñatas?
We do wholesale and drop ship our piñatas. We also offer discounts to businesses or organizations buying in bulk. Please call us at 1-877-774-0952 for an estimate, or contact us at info@personalizedpinatas.com.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders received by 1 p.m. PST Monday – Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday, on Saturday, Sunday, or on recognized holidays will be processed on the first following workday.

How will my order be shipped?
To get your order to you quickly and at the most reasonable shipping rate, we traditionally ship USPS. Click on “Shipping Information” to learn about your shipping options. (Can we link to the shipping page, or do they need to click through?)
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to U.S. military addresses worldwide via Priority Mail from the USPS, however delivery is out of our control once it reaches the APO/FPO address. We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Do you ship piñatas outside the continental United States?
We currently do not ship personalized piñatas out of the U.S. Please call a customer service representative at 1-877-774-0952 to discuss your needs further.
How can I be sure that my order was received?
Once you submit your order through our website, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation number. Just click on that number to view your order. (Will it work this way in our site?)
How can I be sure my credit card information is safe?

What is your return policy?
Each personalized piñata is created especially for you, therefore they are not returnable. We have done our best to portray our images as clearly as possible, and ask that you confirm the personalized information before submitting your order. We double check the spelling on all piñatas, but if there is an error on our part, please call us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
We have selected a sturdy shipping box, but if a piñata arrives damaged, we will help you resolve the loss through filing a claim with the carrier. If your piñata is damaged in shipping, be sure to hold onto the box to justify your claim.

What are your recognized holidays?
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
